Based on the teardown the repairability of the Asus Rog Phone 5 seems to be quite low. The use of adhesive for the back cover battery and screen makes it difficult to open and access internal components. Additionally several components need to be disassembled and cables need to be removed in order to access and replace the battery. The presence of metal plates over cable connectors also adds to the difficulty of repair. Overall I would give the Asus Rog Phone 5 a score of 3.5 out of 10 for repairability.
