The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra offers mixed repairability. Its back cover is difficult to remove due to strong adhesive that even requires alcohol making initial access challenging. Once opened the battery cable and battery are easily reachable and pull tabs help with battery removal despite the presence of adhesive. The screen and its cable can also be replaced without disassembling many components which is a positive aspect. However some internal plastic covers must be removed to reach key cables slightly complicating the repair process. Overall the device is moderately repairable with some adhesive-related challenges.
